About
Mr. Waled has more than 18 years of extensive experience in the provision of general and specialized tax compliance and strategic tax planning FOR INTERNATIONAL TAX SYSTEMS ,investor tax advisory and due diligence reviews , computation of corporate and business tax liabilities, tax training ,employee compensation structuring , corporation tax , withholding tax ,personal tax and VAT reviews, and vat refund audits and certification , he also handled a large number of tax audits and investigations with the revenue authorities.
He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Alexandria University and obtained a certificate in Tax & Public Finance .
Mr. Waled founded “Experts group for auditing & tax consulting “in 2013, and became a full member of UHY international, on March 2019. He has experience of working overseas through working in Kenya and United Arab Emirates.
He is One of the founders of Association of accountants and internal auditors “AAIA” and the general secretary for it.

He has completed more than 4000 hours in providing vocational training to more than 1,200 professionals In finance, he has provided more than 10 training courses on International Financial Reporting Standards
